Hospitality: To gain Hospitality in the Domain, contact the Primogen of your Clan, and include the Harpy in the missive. The Harpy will then contact your home domain and verify status and other information. Inability to verify said information means your rights under prestation cannot be guaranteed. Those of independent, or unrepresented clans must follow the same steps except, that they work directly with the Harpy from the first.

Prestation: Westchester is a Camarilla Domain, prestation shall be honored and abided by. The Harpy is the arbiter of all disputes and Scandal, and has the support of the Prince and Primogen Council in adjudicating those matters.

Gatherings: Any kindred who wishes to host an event, be it Rant or Salon, must petition the Prince for the favor, and do so through appropriate channels. A kindred may request the Prince to declare a particular gathering to be under the protection of Elysium, or to host a gathering at a given Elysium within the city.

Elysium: the Keeper of Elysium keeps track of those places within the city that are protected by Elysium. Those protections are sacrosanct, and any kindred found in violation of Elysium shall be dealt with most harshly. Those found *instigating* a breach of Elysium will suffer twice the punishment of those who break it, this Domain has no tolerance for petty manipulations where the sanctity of an Elysium is concerned. Weapons are permitted on Elysium sites, and also at kindred gatherings, within reason. Woe betide you if you *use* those weapons, however, the Sheriff will fall swiftly upon any kindred who proves disruptive or abusive at any gathering.
